Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the VoltForex multi-asset trading platform, technical interfaces, and market services.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
By accessing or using VoltForex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.
2. Eligibility & Verification
Users must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate and truthful registration credentials and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Market Feeds & Telemetry
VoltForex aggregates market data, exchange rates, order book indicators, and technical charts from public liquidity providers and TradingView. While cached for high resilience and performance, market data is provided without express guarantee of instantaneous execution timing.
4. Risk Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that foreign exchange and cryptocurrency trading are inherently speculative. Digital asset values fluctuate rapidly, and past historical pricing does not dictate future market performance.
5. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for securing their account passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and safeguarding their authorized access tokens.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt platform infrastructure, exploit API feeds, or transmit malicious code into the system.
7. Intellectual Property
All visual assets, proprietary code, brand identity, and interface components are the intellectual property of VoltForex and protected under international copyright law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VoltForex and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from market movements, feed delays, or trading outcomes.
9. Modifications to Terms
VoltForex reserves the right to revise and amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
